An integral part of this event since 2003, the Simultaneous Meetings have become a hallmark of Interseg public security trade fair. Federal and State Government representatives visit this event in order to attend councils, commissions and committees meetings, set up by Brazilian public security entities.

• CONCPC - National Council of Heads of Police (Civil Police Forces - Brazil)
• CNCG - National Council of the General Commanders of Military Police Forces and Fire Departments
• Meeting of the Regional Superintendents of the Federal Highway Police Department
• Meeting of Brazilian Forensic Bodies Head Officers Ameripol - American Police Community
• Meeting of the Superintendents of the Federal Police
