» Interseg 2010 arrives at Florianópolis

The place and date for Interseg 2010 and the 8th Executive IACP Conference of Public Safety for South America are already scheduled. The largest South American meeting of the sector will be held on June 13th to 15th, in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina (Brazil).

The capital of the state was chosen as host city for the next edition of Interseg at the Meeting of the Management Comitee of the International Police Division, during the 116th IACP Annual Conference, held between October 3th and 7th, in Denver, Colorado (USA). The main authorities in global public safety were present, including Russel B. Laine, president of IACP, Luiz Fernando Corrêa, Director-General of the Brazilian Federal Police and president of the IACP for South America, and inspector Hélio Cardoso Derenne, director of the Brazilian Federal Highway Police.
