Making excellent use of its presence at INTERSEG - the largest Public Security Trade Fair in South America - Taurus plans to launch its sales of the TAVOR Assault Rifle at this event.  Shorter and easy to use, this seventh-generation assault rifle is right on the cutting edge in this field: as an indication, there are only two types of second-generation assault rifles currently available on the Brazilian market.  Made completely in Brazil at its plant in Porto Alegre, TAURUS will invest US$ 22 million in the facilities required to manufacture this new weapon, which will be produced under a partnership with Israel Weapon Industries (IWI).
